The Process Improvement (PI) Manager drives continuous improvement across Managed Transportation by redesigning business processes, scaling operational capabilities, and accelerating technology adoption. Using Lean Six Sigma and other structured problem-solving methodologies, the role identifies and delivers opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost-to-serve, and increase organizational capacity.
