Team members work closely with a patient's physician to provide comprehensive, individualized care in the comfort of their home or at our inpatient hospice facility in Durham, NC. Clinical Dietitian - Home InfusionLocation: Remote with minimal onsite commitments after orientation Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM ***This position is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus and up to $8,000 in relocation assistance*** Duke University Health System seeks to hire a dedicated Clinical Dietitian who will embrace our mission of Advancing Health Together. Clinical dietitians at Duke Health work across inpatient and outpatient settings, providing specialized medical nutrition therapy for oncology, diabetes, weight management, and surgical preparation. Our home infusion team offers services in total parenteral nutrition, enteral nutrition, antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, pain management and palliative care, immune globulin therapy/IVIG and SQIG, human growth hormone therapy, and specialty medicines. Home infusion also covers the following specialty areas of care: pediatrics, bone marrow transplant, organ transplant, and disease state management. What you will do: Coordinate all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of hospitalized patients and outpatients in a variety of settings. Perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, JCAHO, and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
