Serve as a resource for colleagues in Recognition and Stewardship, providing research and administrative support for core departmental operations and a variety of special projects. |

* Three plus years of office experience in a complex work environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* High level of initiative and attention to detail, with ability to maintain flexibility in a changing work environment.
* Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks with competing priorities.
* Collaborative nature with the ability to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, and commitment to professionalism.
* Good judgment and ability to interact with a diverse group of people internal and external to Dartmouth College.
* Discretion and confidentiality with donor-related information and sensitive matters.
* Strong writing and proofreading skills.
* Ability to understand, facilitate, and implement complex scheduling. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
* Experience with Ablebits or
V/Xlookup or similar data manipulation tools.
* Familiarity with databases and web-based programs.
* Demonstrated research and analytic skills. |

Key Accountabilities
| Description |
Works with Assistant Vice President and other departmental partners on a wide range of recognition and stewardship projects, which include research and writing activities. Serves as first point of contact/triage officer for the Recognition and Stewardship e-mail account. Utilizes Dartmouth's systems of record (Advance, Balance, Data Warehouse) and other software to gather and process data. |

| Description |
Provides administrative support for the Assistant Vice President while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality and sensitivity. Oversees the management of the Assistant Vice President's meeting calendar and ensures they are prepped for meetings and events. Coordinates travel plans for the Assistant Vice President based on their needs and preferences and in accordance with institutional policies. Maintains comprehensive trip itineraries and ensures business expense reimbursements are completed in a timely manner. |
