Description Closed Date: July 27, 2026 Flexible Schedule The Annual Giving Coordinator plays an important role in advancing the organization's annual giving program, with a focus on individual donors, expanding lower- and mid-level giving, and growing recurring contributions. Working closely with the Development and Marketing teams, this position helps drive consistent, donor-centered messaging, strengthens engagement, and supports sustainable revenue growth. The Coordinator contributes to campaign implementation and related donor engagement efforts, including cultivation and stewardship, to connect supporters more deeply to OPCS's mission. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate annual giving campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, online fundraising, peer-to-peer efforts, and year-end appeals 2. Cultivate relationships with lower- and mid-level donors to strengthen engagement and 3. Support the growth and stewardship of the organization's recurring giving program 4. Ensure timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments 5. Maintain accurate donor records and support segmentation and list management within CRM/database systems to enable targeted outreach and engagement 6. Monitor campaign performance and donor engagement metrics 7. Contribute to the development of the organization's annual fundraising plan 8. Assist in developing donor-centric messaging aligned with organizational priorities 9. Coordinate fundraising events, including logistics, registration, event materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up 10. Attend community events and outreach activities to build relationships that support donor engagement and volunteer recruitment 11. Collaborate with Volunteer team to implement strategies that connect volunteer and donor engagement efforts 12. Collaborate with Marketing to support donor communications, including sharing engagement updates, impact stories, and opportunities for involvement 13. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Development team and organizational goals 14. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, social work, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience 2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or community engagement, with demonstrated communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. 3. Experience using donor management systems (e.g., Neon CRM) or similar databases, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact), preferred 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Experience with social media platforms and their use in donor and community engagement. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience working with diverse and underserved communities 2. Experience in social and human services preferred 3. Experience coordinating fundraising events, outreach, or engagement activities 4. Familiarity with storytelling, communications, or content development to support donor engagement 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) a plus 6. Bilingual and/or a Veteran is a plus. Additional Requirements 1. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends 2. Valid Arizona driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required Employment References and background check is conducted pre-employment. Pay Rate - $22.42 - $27.53 - $32.63 In accordance with pay transparency, the salary reflected in this posting is the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Salary placement is typically between the minimum and mid-point of the salary range. | |
