About the RoleAs a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple communities, ensuring financial accuracy, leasing success, and exceptional resident experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in property management. The schedule for this role will float between two communities in San Diego, CA: Bevel Apartments (405 Units) and IDEA1 (295 Units). What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
