Winston Taylor's New York office is looking for a transactional associate with three to five years of experience, preferably with a background in executive compensation and benefits in the context of mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have experience with executive compensation plans and programs, labor and employment matters, employment agreements, and executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Big Law experience preferred but not required. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
