Winston Taylor's Dallas office is seeking a mid-level corporate associate with M&A and private equity transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience representing financial sponsors, private equity firms, and strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and other strategic transactions. Experience drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition, and investment agreements, preparing related closing documents, and managing transactions through closing is required. Securities law experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.
