Our Human Resources Generalist (HRG) serves as an onsite HR partner, supporting both office staff and field operations on regional job sites on a day-to-day basis. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and critical to driving a consistent, people-focused experience across the workforce. You will operate as a key HR presence for assigned locations, working closely with field leaders while collaborating with a broader HR team, with a focus on employee relations, performance support, and field operations alignment. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building effective relationships that support operational teams. This is not a traditional HR Generalist role. You will: Be embedded in the business with our operators and key to their success
This is a fully onsite exempt role, working in an office and at active job sites, with regular local travel required. This position is supported by a shared HR Coordinator to effectively deliver HR services to our local operations and reports directly to an HR Manager as part of a larger Regional HR team. Our HR teams collaborate constantly with each other and work closely with other teams, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll. What You'll Do

Work Environment and Physical Demands The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
