***Full- Time Monday- Friday 8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. Summary/Primary Purpose: The role with a focus on payroll is responsible for a wide range of duties, encompassing both human resources and payroll administration. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, benefits administration, new hire orientation and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Supports HR Department's customer-focused philosophy in employee and officer interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Education and/or Experience: Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university in payroll or HR related field. Two to four years' experience in HR and payroll or any similar combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to those with experience utilizing ADP for HR processes and Payroll. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 30 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
