Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Full-time hours Stable, year-round employment Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and grow What You'll Do Package and prepare meat products according to company quality standards. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming meat products. Operate packaging equipment, including scales, vacuum sealers, and labelers. Portion, weigh, and accurately label products. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Warehouse, food production, or packaging experience is a plus-but we're willing to train the right candidate! Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout the shift. Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms. Work safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work Environment This position is performed in a refrigerated warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 0F to 50F. Team members may be exposed to noise, food processing equipment, cleaning chemicals, and food allergens while following all required safety and sanitation protocols. Ready to Join Us?
