As a Digital Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the digital future, driving the strategic elevation of our digital capabilities. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our brand, creating seamless, intuitive, and delightful digital experiences that support commercial growth and operational excellence. You will be a pivotal connector, translating user needs and business goals into tangible, data-driven outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products, journeys, or feature sets.

* Manage the digital product portfolio, ensuring accountability for customer experience, business outcomes, and value delivery.

* Conduct customer discovery and research to define high-impact opportunities and champion the customer's voice.

* Own and prioritize the product backlog, crafting clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.

* Guide critical roadmap, release, and trade-off decisions by balancing business priorities, user needs, technical feasibility, and cross-platform dependencies.

* Collaborate closely with Developers, UX/UI Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated digital experiences.

* Drive the refinement and execution of product outcomes that enhance both customer and business performance.

* Utilize data, testing, and performance insights to define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize the product experience.

* Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap priorities, development progress, and key trade-offs to stakeholders.

* Serve as a subject matter expert for digital product capabilities, aligning teams around best practices and strategic priorities.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and challenge legacy approaches to drive scalable digital solutions.

* Champion strong product management and Agile practices, fostering collaboration and disciplined decision-making.

* Stay abreast of new technologies and emerging market trends to solve complex challenges creatively.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 2-5 years of experience managing product backlogs, setting priorities, and leading Agile product development with measurable outcomes.

* Proven track record of success in digital product management and driving results.

* Demonstrated ability to lead the full product development lifecycle, from problem definition and discovery to development, deployment, and continuous iteration.

* Experience conducting customer research, including developing customer journey maps and personas to identify pain points and opportunities.

* Practical application of design thinking principles.

* Experience working within a product management operating model (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

* Knowledge of UX and UI principles.

* Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goal methodology.

**Compensation Range:**

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
