You will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, directly influencing the success of our talent acquisition strategies. You'll navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment, contributing to vital reorganization initiatives and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including those within unionized environments. Your expertise will be crucial in managing large applicant pools, streamlining processes, and providing essential support to our recruitment staff, ultimately empowering our organization to thrive.

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Support critical recruitment staff and participate in key reorganization initiatives.

* Assist in conducting comprehensive new hire orientations, particularly for union employees.

* Leverage various job boards and recruitment tools to attract top talent.

* Screen resumes and manage large applicant pools efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems.

* Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with numerous data points to track recruitment status and report weekly progress.

* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive recruitment results and meet strategic objectives.

* Maintain composure and accuracy in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment with multiple moving parts.

* Proven work experience in full-cycle recruiting, including resume screening and managing large applicant pools using Applicant Tracking Systems.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Demonstrated ability to create complex Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to drive results through collaborative stakeholder engagement.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience working within unionized environments.

* A proven track record of meeting strict goals and deadlines for deliverables.

* Strong organizational skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.

* Exceptional accuracy in reporting statistics.

* A strong, proactive personality, capable of keeping a team on track and aligned.

* Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles, particularly within regulated industries.

* Experience in auditing or compliance.
