ATI is seeking to hire a Maintenance Administrative Coordinator to support maintenance operations for our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This role will be based in Brackenridge, PA.

Essential Functions



  • Daily correction of time in Kronos/liaison with payroll department for discrepancy dispositioning.
  • Oversee and guide generating the weekly work schedule for the crane operators, electrical crafts, and mechanical crafts.
  • Direct supervison and provide technical assistance to Crane department employees.
  • adhering to safety and housekeeping controls
  • Oracle administration including requisition generation, PO requestor for dept (invoicing receipts), and PO Inquiry Requests.
  • Vallen/E-Crib administrator including being the ATI liaison to a 3rd party contractor, inventory management, inventory discrepancy tracking, supports central stores at Brackenridge including remote stores locations, generate inventory reports and manages inquiries.
  • Manages inter-department bid process for all maintenance crafts and crane operations.
  • QAP departmental adherence tracking.

Requirements



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 4+ years of administrative or office manager experience


Preferred Requirements



  • Previous experience with a time and attendance system
  • Experience leading a represented hourly workforce
  • Administrative or office manager experience in a manufacturing environment



Knowledge, Skills Abilities



  • Ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse and represented hourly workforce.
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and/or the ability to learn problem solving techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience managing a represented workforce is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a highly motivated team environment.
