Schedule Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturdays as Needed Pay $18 to $20 What You'll Do As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the transfer station by: Operating Dozers, Excavators, Compactors, Trucks, and other heavy equipment Spreading and compacting waste using heavy equipment Spreading daily cover material using a Dozer Excavating and moving soil with an Excavator Hauling and transporting materials throughout the facility Performing equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Following all company safety procedures and operating standards Supporting overall site operations and productivity What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment Satisfactory driving record Strong commitment to safety Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to read, write, and complete daily reports and assignments Positive attitude and strong work ethic Equipment Experience Preferred Dozers Excavators Compactors Haul Trucks Loaders Other Heavy Equipment Work Environment This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you'll be working around heavy equipment and active operations.
