About the Role As Senior Director of FP&A - Transformation & M&A, you will sit at the intersection of strategic finance and enterprise change. You will lead the financial architecture of FIS's most consequential initiatives: mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale finance transformation programs. Partnering directly with executive leadership, Corporate Development, and business unit leaders, you will bring rigorous financial discipline to complex, high-stakes decisions. This role demands both the analytical depth to model multi-dimensional transactions and the leadership presence to drive alignment across a matrixed global organization.
