About the team The Enterprise Risk Management Program Governance team ensures a structured and consistent approach to managing Enterprise Issue Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and associated risk reporting. We provide oversight, standardization, and accountability to drive effective identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of risks to align with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing As a Risk Analyst, Issue Management, you will support the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Issue Management program. You will partner with Risk, Security, Compliance, and Business Unit (1st Line Risk) stakeholders to ensure issues are identified, documented, remediated, and closed in accordance with program standards. You will drive consistency, increase accountability, and influence stakeholders across the enterprise while strengthening the organization's overall risk posture.
