The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role conducts inspections, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, completes repairs, and supports facility upkeep while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification or trade training preferred. Essential Job Function
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.
