Aquent is seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Specialist** to join our client, a leading global technology company, renowned for shaping the digital landscape and empowering billions of users worldwide. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, fostering creator partnerships, and amplifying brand presence across diverse platforms, directly influencing user experience and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities



  • Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
  • Manage influencer programs at scale across key platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate all aspects of campaign management, from creator briefing and contracting to creative execution, compliance, and documentation.
  • Support branded programming and broader cultural moments, such as major sports events and lifestyle themes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with external agencies to facilitate operational tasks and procurement processes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent influencer campaigns of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Drive conversation and engagement around products and services through strategic creator partnerships.


Qualifications



  • 7-10 years of demonstrable hands-on influencer/creator marketing experience at a senior specialist level.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer programs from strategy to execution and reporting.
  • Expertise in leveraging YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok for influencer campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience gained from agency, in-house brand, publisher, media, entertainment (e.g., gaming, music, film/TV), or sports marketing backgrounds.
  • Deep understanding of pop culture trends and the ability to identify and engage with creators relevant to Gen Z audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Familiarity with AI tooling is a plus but not required.
  • Marketing experience focused on digital content is helpful but not mandatory.
