Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining all incoming correspondence and phone calls from dealers, sales reps and consumers as necessary to ensure the highest level of Customer Service, as directed by the Director of Dealer Services.
Organizational Relationships
Reports directly to the RCG Dealer Services Manager.
Specific Responsibilities
Maintain all incoming calls, faxes, e-mails and other correspondence received from dealers, reps, and consumers as needed for designated area.

Maintain a working relationship with Authorized Bernhardt Dealers, Bernhardt Sales Representatives, Factory personnel, other Bernhardt personnel and any/all Bernhardt business contact.

Must always exhibit professional, responsible, respectful phone etiquette, with all out-side and inside contact.

General Customer Service, order reports, status, quality assurance, order entry, order edit. Etc.

Responsible for their own incoming, outgoing, inner-office mail to mail room.

Follows all Bernhardt policies and procedures as defined.

Works with the RCG Dealer Services Manager to properly service each area account

Works with assigned territory sales reps or dealers as necessary,

Makes individual decisions regarding returns, credits, local repairs, and order entry within the designated territory as defined in the Return Policy.

Reports any problem issues or concerns to the RCG Dealer Services Manager.

Insures the highest level of Customer Service
