PTC is seeking an accomplishedVice President, Global CAD Strategy & Salesto lead the company's worldwide CAD business, advancing adoption of PTC's industry-leading Computer-Aided Design (CAD) solutions and continuing a track record of accelerated, double-digit growth.

The ideal candidate will serve as aglobal leader, responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive CAD strategy across regions, building and leading a high-performing global organization, and partnering across the enterprise to drive significant growth in ACV, market share, and customer success.

This leader will play a critical role in shaping PTC's digital engineering vision, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and customer outcomes while positioning CAD as a strategic foundation for enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global CAD strategyaligned with corporate objectives, driving sustained double-digit revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, lead, and scale a world-class global CAD organization, including regional leaders and specialist teams; recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Partner closely withfield sales, product management, marketing, customer success, and partner ecosystemsto execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Driveglobal ACV growth, pipeline creation, and bookings performance, owning key KPIs including ACV, growth by segment, retention, and expansion.
  • Establish and lead arigorous operating cadenceincluding forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance management across regions.
  • Analyzeglobal market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging design technologiesto refine strategy and maintain market leadership.
  • Cultivateexecutive-level relationships with strategic customers, driving large enterprise deals, long-term value, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Ensureglobal standardization and optimization of CAD sales motions, territories, and coverage modelsfor maximum efficiency and scale.
  • Championsales excellence and capability development, including advanced consultative selling, value-based engagement, and technical fluency.
  • Drive alignment of CAD strategy withdigital engineering, PLM, and broader product development ecosystems.
  • Manage and optimizeglobal sales investments and budgetsto maximize ROI and strategic impact.

Skills and Leadership Capabilities

  • Provenexecutive leadershipwith the ability to inspire, scale, and lead global, matrixed teams.
  • Deep understanding of theCAD market landscape, including core platforms, competitors, and emerging engineering technologies.
  • Strongstrategic and analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptionalexecutive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability tobuild and manage large enterprise relationshipsand close complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience drivingglobal transformation initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
  • Proficiency with enterprise sales tools (SFDC, Clari, analytics platforms).
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to operate acrossregions, cultures, and functions.

Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in CAD, engineering software, or digital engineering domains, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record ofleading global sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets at scale.
  • Demonstrated success inbuilding high-performing teams and developing senior leaders.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage at theC-suite level with customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel globally as required.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between$375,000 - $506,000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target sales incentive plan compensation (SIP) that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for partficipation in our equity programs.
