This experienced Developer/Solution Architect will design and rapidly prototype advanced data-driven applications for government clients. This role blends hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, requiring the ability to build end-to-end solutions that integrate large-scale data pipelines, AI/ML capabilities, and intuitive user-facing applications.You will work directly with stakeholders to translate complex operational and analytical needs into functional prototypes and production-ready systems across modern data platforms such as Palantir, Databricks, and AWS. Duties inlcude but are not limited to: * Architect and rapidly prototype full-stack solutions that integrate data ingestion, processing, machine learning, and visualization. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * 15+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, or solution architecture. * Strong experience building end-to-end data and application systems in production environments. * Exprience programming in modern language such as python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, and ect. * Ability to go onsite 3-4 days a week in Alexandria, VA Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree or higher Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
