We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our Seattle, WA team. This role assists customers with purchases, provides product knowledge, operates the point-of-sale system accurately, and supports inventory and display activities. This position is eligible for commissions on all retail sales in the Seattle store. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Provide exceptional customer service, including suggestive selling and accurate product information * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions * Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register accurately * Keep the store clean, neat, and organized (dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning) * Prepare, maintain, and update attractive product displays * Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings, including photos, pricing, and descriptions * Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook Marketplace and other platforms * Help improve and monitor social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other channels * Accurately track and enter daily foot traffic counts * Report theft, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management immediately * Support daily store operations and assist other departments as needed * Assist with stock movement, merchandising, and rearranging furniture on the salesfloor * Maintain interior and exterior common areas as assigned Qualifications Additional Skills/Requirements: Good oral communication skills, as well as written and reading. Customer Service oriented and excels in customer relations. Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail. Time management skills. Available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. The job requires standing and walking for extended periods. The ability to perform simple tasks, rational thinking, and numerical calculations is required. This job requires rearranging the furniture on the sales floor. Education: High School Diploma of equivalent. Languages: English and Spanish languages preferable, verbal and written.
