YOUR IMPACT

The Talent Strategy Vice President will focus on Americas-wide advisor development and training. The role partners closely with PWM leadership and HCM to translate global frameworks into high-impact programs that integrate, train, and accelerate advisor productivity. This individual will lead the end-to-end execution of key training and development initiatives, managing high-visibility programs and collaborating across stakeholders to strengthen how we develop and enable advisors across Private Wealth Management. The role is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is energized by stakeholder engagement and advancing advisor development at scale.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL



  • Create and deliver advisor development programming to strengthen business development, prospecting, and client relationship management
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new advisor programming, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and core development curriculum
  • Support advisors in building strong internal networks and collaborating effectively across the platform
  • Accelerate time-to-productivity for New Private Wealth Advisors through targeted onboarding and integration
  • Monitor key performance metrics and translate insights into actionable enhancements to improve productivity and retention
  • Identify and deliver role-specific AI training to drive efficiency and support productivity
  • Lead end-to-end execution of national training and development programs, including both in-person and virtual delivery including planning, timelines, communications, logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee speaker and session management, including coordination, materials, and agenda development
  • Maintain program resources and content libraries to ensure consistency and accessibility


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Strategy, Human Capital Management, or Business Management within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services
  • Experience working within or closely partnering with HR functions preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Americas wealth management landscape, including regulatory and talent dynamics
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset; able to operate independently and engage confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong process discipline and follow-through
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives
  • Strong technical skills, including Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and presentation development
  • Comfortable analyzing and working with people data; discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic; willing to lean in where needed

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
