Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - $25/hr

Location: West Henrietta, NY

We are hiring a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment supporting facility and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, and facility support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, production equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Support facility upkeep, including structural repairs (walls, floors, doors) and general maintenance tasks
• Assist with equipment moves, outdoor clean-up, and work area organization
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide mechanical support to production teams and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (additional technical training preferred)
• 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience
• Knowledge of tools, equipment repair, and safety practices
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
