Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | Second Shift: 2:00 PM-12:00 AM

Rewind Operator Skills & Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, printing, converting, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, job tickets, and follow detailed production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify print and product defects.
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately for quality inspections.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills, including measurements, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must complete the required Key Assessment pre-employment testing.

Rewind Operator Tasks & Job Duties:

• Set up and operate rewind and label inspection machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret job tickets to ensure proper machine setup and customer specifications.
• Inspect printed labels for color, print quality, die cuts, perforations, and overall accuracy.
• Remove defects, re-splice rolls, stamp finished rolls, and prepare products for shipment.
• Enter production data and machine specifications into the computer system.
• Load finished label rolls onto equipment and monitor production quality throughout the process.
• Assist with cutting, collating, wrapping, packaging, and other finishing operations.
• Perform light machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all quality, safety, ISO, and production standards.
