Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6 AM-5 PM

We're hiring a dependable Warehouse Janitor / Grounds Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse and facility.

Warehouse Janitor / Grounds Maintenance Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse cleaning, grounds maintenance, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.

Warehouse Janitor / Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Perform general warehouse janitorial, housekeeping, and facility cleaning duties.
• Clean restrooms, sinks, floors, drinking fountains, and other common areas.
• Sweep walkways, clean interior and exterior windows, and maintain assigned work areas.
• Perform outdoor grounds maintenance, including mowing grass, trimming trees, and keeping the property clean and presentable.
• Assist with basic facility repairs and maintenance projects as assigned.
• Lift and move boxes, cartons, buckets, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining warehouse and facility cleanliness.
