Here, your curiosity fuels progress, your voice shapes innovation, and your ambition helps redefine what's possible within science and learning. We are a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and drives what's next to power infinite possibilities for our customers, colleagues and society at large.

About the Role:

The Digital Advertising Delivery Specialist sits within the Customer Delivery Audience Solutions function and reports to the Advertising Delivery Senior Manager. The role owns end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns in an assigned portfolio - setup, in-flight monitoring, optimisation, and close-out reporting - and acts as the day-to-day operational contact for those campaigns. It works across Google Ad Manager, ADvendio, and adjacent ad serving platforms, coordinating managed service contractors who handle volume execution. The role supports sales colleagues from pre-sale through the full campaign lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver digital campaigns end-to-end against agreed specifications - from pre-sale support through setup, in-flight monitoring, and close-out reporting - acting as the day-to-day operational contact for your portfolio.

* Support sales colleagues with inventory availability, deliverable specifications, pacing, and performance across the campaign lifecycle.

* Monitor pacing, CTR, viewability, and other metrics; flag at-risk campaigns, suggest options, and execute approved optimisations in Google Ad Manager and other platforms.

* Investigate and resolve routine delivery, creative, targeting, and reporting issues across Google Ad Manager, ADvendio, and adjacent systems; escalate complex issues with context.

* Brief managed service contractors on volume setup, creative trafficking, and reporting, and perform pre-launch QA on their output before go-live.

* Maintain portfolio documentation and follow and help maintain standard operating procedures and delivery checklists.

Required Qualifications:

* Experience in digital advertising operations, ad ops delivery, or a closely related campaign delivery role.

* Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager) and booking systems (e.g. ADvendio or equivalent).

* Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, and quality checks across a portfolio.

* Good attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, creative compliance, and targeting.

* Confident with delivery metrics - able to monitor pacing and performance and act on established optimisation processes.

* Clear written and verbal communication - able to support sales colleagues, brief contractors, and produce stakeholder updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advertising operations experience in a B2B publishing or media environment.

* Familiarity with additional ad serving platforms (e.g. AdButler).

* Exposure to programmatic delivery or revenue recognition processes.

* Experience coordinating or briefing managed service or outsourced resources.
