ResponsibilitiesDescription The Sr Director, Product & R&D Finance serves as the strategic finance partner to Product and Engineering leadership, driving investment strategy, pricing and monetization, and capital allocation to maximize growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation. This role sits at the center of product innovation and financial performance-leading portfolio analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling to inform product roadmap decisions and ensure disciplined investment against the highest-impact opportunities. In addition, this role influences pricing and packaging strategy across the product portfolio-partnering with Product, Sales, and GTM Finance to improve price realization, accelerate growth, and strengthen competitive positioning. Compensation & Benefits PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $175,800 - $219,800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
