Summary
Provides front line administrative support within a Med Peds primary care practice, supporting both pediatric and adult patient populations. Responsible for managing patient scheduling, check in and check out workflows, and handling high volume phone communication to ensure timely access to care. Maintains accurate medical records, supports care coordination, and assists with patient inquiries across a wide range of needs. Works closely with providers and clinical staff to support efficient operations, continuity of care, and a positive patient experience, while adapting to the unique needs of a diverse patient population Education Department: Med Peds - Primary Care, Revere Community Health Center, 300 Ocean Ave, Revere Ma. Schedule: Days, 40-hours, Onsite Compensation: The pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with increases based on the candidate's years of experience.
