Benefits: Weekly pay that actually shows up on time Solid benefits-we're talkin' medical, dental, vision, disability 401(k) optional-save up while you stack up Employee discounts-treat yourself without killing your wallet Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or related experience preferred Forklift experience or certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Duties: Move, load, unload, and transport equipment, inventory, and materials throughout the warehouse Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely Receive incoming shipments and prepare inventory for storage, inspection, or shipment Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations Build crates, pallets, and protective packaging for transportation and storage Record inventory transactions and movements using warehouse management systems Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading activities Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Assist with documentation updates, process improvements, and warehouse projects as needed Participate in an on-call rotation when required Real talk. 84% of folks here say they'd refer a friend to work with us.
