Assistant Manager, Site Marketing

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Reports To: Manager, Site Marketing


Your Role

As the Assistant Manager of Site Marketing, you will architect and execute high-impact digital campaign strategies across our app and website. Your mission is to drive client engagement, maximize conversion, accelerate new client acquisition, and amplify awareness for our world-class portfolio of beauty brands, products, and services.

Acting as a key strategic bridge between marketing vision and digital execution, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize the end-to-end client journey.


What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Recommend high-performing site support, landing page experiences, and audience-targeting strategies for major US/CA campaigns, promotions, and tentpole seasonal sales.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze client behavior, content engagement, and page performance metrics to continuously optimize live campaigns and shape future marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional .CA Site teams, Merchandising, and broader cross-functional squads to ensure seamless execution of leveraged campaigns.
  • Production & QA Excellence: Collaborate with Site Production to launch fresh content, campaigns, and new site features, maintaining an airtight QA process to guarantee flawless, error-free client experiences.
  • Project Management & Tracking: Own and maintain comprehensive site calendars and trackers, ensuring precise execution of placements, timing, messaging, and targeting.
  • Performance Hindsighting: Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate business objectives, distilling key insights into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Executive Support: Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager on high-priority special projects, ad-hoc initiatives, and strategic business requests.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in eCommerce, site marketing, or digital retail.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using site reporting and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to extract insights and drive action.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships, building consensus, and driving alignment across diverse teams and locations.
  • Agility & Drive: High energy with the ability to thrive, pivot, and deliver flawless results in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Project Management Mastery: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
  • Communication & Detail: Razor-sharp attention to detail combined with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
