This role reports directly to the Executive Chef while collaborating closely with both the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef. You will manage daily office operations, department payroll, scheduling, and Banquet Event Order (BEO) logistics to ensure seamless kitchen functionality. Responsibilities
Financial & Payroll Administration Schedule & Workforce Management BEO & Event Logistics Qualifications * Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury kitchen environment.
* Strong proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, DayForce) and procurement software. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume paperwork accurately. * Clear communication skills to bridge information between culinary staff and management. Long hours sometimes required.
* Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. | |||||||||||||
