North Wales, PA 19454 Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of the hotel's physical property, guest rooms, and equipment. This role ensures a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and associates by responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and furniture
