A Brief Overview

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner, under limited direction, executes the company's end-to-end recruiting strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is a proven recruiter who can build strong working relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders while employing a strategic and innovative approach that aligns talent acquisition with business objectives and workforce plans. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for leadership, technical, and complex-skills positions.

What you will do



  • Serves as a partner and trusted advisor to hiring teams to fill complex/leadership positions within our corporate support teams and subsidiaries
  • Performs full lifecycle recruiting, ensuring an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Fills positions with well-qualified candidates by identifying and engaging passive candidates through social media, professional membership sites, and networking
  • Builds a talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging top talent for the company's future business needs
  • Builds confidence with hiring teams by reliably executing all recruiting duties and engaging hiring managers to fully understand the needs of their teams and the positions for which they hire
  • Effectively evaluates and interviews candidates, and provides hiring managers with insightful information and recommendations that will assist them in making their candidate selections
  • Performs market research to better understand recruiting trends, candidate availability, legal compliance, and role requirements
  • Publicizes openings by posting them in appropriate outlets and works toward developing a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on all phases of the recruiting and onboarding processes for new hires to foster a clear understanding of the recruiting process, pre-employment screening process, company benefits, policies, and procedures; ensures new hire onboarding tasks have been completed prior to start date.
  • Partners with the recruiting coordinator, HRIS, corporate support, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless new hire onboarding experience
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates by expertly providing information about the company and position, the recruiting process, performance objectives, and expectations.
  • Leverages recruiting-related reports and performance data analysis to track recruiting progress and keep hiring teams informed
  • Manages external recruiting agencies to ensure an effective and compliant recruiting process.
  • Provides leadership and guidance for other members of the recruiting team.
  • Identifies issues or opportunities for improvement within established processes/policies, and recommends solutions.
  • Ensures all recruiting activity is accurately logged in the ATS
  • Ensures recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and mitigates risk in the process
  • Supports the offer process by understanding the candidate's compensation requirements, understanding the compensation parameters for the position, partnering with the compensation team, making compensation recommendations to the hiring team, and conducting negotiations with the candidate
  • Partner with operations to coordinate candidate travel/office visits, to ensure a first-class experience for both the candidate and hiring team


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Human Resources, Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.
  • Must have experience in partnering with executive leadership required.
  • Experience recruiting for leadership and complex roles that require a high-level of expertise required.
  • Prior recruiting agency experience, recruiting for permanent placement roles preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Computer skills in the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated candidate sourcing background.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing, extending, and/or negotiating offers.
  • Collaborative and creative team player.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and time management/multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required. Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues. Ability to manage multiple business unit needs in various locations.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent critical thinker with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Ability to be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Must have a sense of urgency with a mindset of continuous improvement driven by data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting technology and reporting.
  • Advanced Computer skills in the MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
