The Associate Product Manager plays a key role in advancing CONMED's Advanced Surgical portfolio by owning the lifecycle, strategy, and roadmap for the Energy portfolio. This role focuses on driving sustaining initiatives from an upstream marketing perspective-using voiceofcustomer insights, competitive intelligence, and datadriven analysis to inform portfolio decisions, investment tradeoffs, and execution priorities. The Associate Product Manager partners closely with crossfunctional teams to translate strategy into actionable requirements, support disciplined controlled market releases, and ensure alignment across development, operations, and commercial functions as products progress toward commercialization readiness. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
