POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Surgical Equipment Repair Manager provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for a designated surgical equipment modality. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, team development, and achievement of financial and operational objectives while supporting business growth.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure financial, service, and quality objectives are achieved or exceeded
  • Inspire and develop teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Oversee staff development, training programs, and workforce optimization across technicians and leadership roles
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Safety standards, and ISO requirements, including participation in audits
  • Manage inventory, operational costs, and resource allocation to support profitability goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
  • Support revenue growth through operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and identification of new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED required. (Bachelor's Degree preferred.)
  • 7+ years of experience supervising or managing service technicians or comparable roles
  • Experience working in healthcare, hospital, or medical equipment environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with regulated quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and operational performance
  • Must have a clear unrestricted Driver's License. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
