What We DoBranch Manager - Escrow Operations | Cody, Wyoming
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Cody, Wyoming office. This role is ideal for a hands-on escrow professional who enjoys leading a team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant real estate transactions. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned branch or satellite office where escrow transactions are conducted. In this role, you will act as a trusted neutral third party between buyers and sellers, managing funds, coordinating documentation, and supporting the successful completion of real estate transactions. This position provides leadership and guidance to branch staff, ensuring employees are properly trained, follow established procedures, and deliver a high level of customer service. The Branch Manager will monitor workflow, prepare reports, review current practices, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall branch performance. This is a working leadership role and will regularly perform duties of a production escrow position while also managing branch operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong escrow knowledge, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
