Job Description and Responsibilities:



  • Recruitment Support - Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Onboarding Assistance - Help prepare onboarding materials, support new hire orientation, and ensure smooth integration for new employees.
  • HR Administration - Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation processes.
  • Employee Engagement - Contribute to planning events, surveys, and initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Policy & Compliance - Assist in ensuring HR policies are followed and help with compliance-related documentation.
  • Training & Development Support - Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and gather feedback.
  • General HR Projects - Participate in ongoing HR initiatives and contribute ideas to improve processes.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: (includes - Education, Training licenses & certificates, Knowledge and Work Experience Requirements)



  • Education Background - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Tech Proficiency - Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Confidentiality - Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving - Ability to think critically and propose solutions.
  • Adaptability - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.


Working Environment Conditions/Requirements: (Special Information such as physical requirements, travel requirements, on-call schedules.)



  • Ability to push, pull, and lift to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations
  • Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform all duties, including transporting and carrying materials and supplies to all designated locations to assist in meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Must be in person at least 5x/week with full-time availability
