FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment's next generation tech innovation studio designed to accelerate how we create, produce, and scale premium storytelling across every business unit. Built around four integrated pillars, including R&D, Production, Talent, and Education, FoxNXT develops and deploys AI powered pipelines that redefine creative workflows across animation, unscripted, scripted, and marketing.

FOX Creator Studio, a division of FOX Entertainment, partners with leading creators to turn bold ideas into premium IP, original formats, and enduring brands, combining creator vision with FOX's scale and infrastructure. Platform agnostic by design, the studio works with digital native talent to expand their ideas across YouTube, television, streaming, film, and more.

FOX Entertainment is seeking an Assistant to join the Business and Legal Affairs team to assist the SVP, Business and Legal Affairs for FoxNXT and FOX Creator Studios.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general Administrative Support to Business & Legal Affairs, including Lawyers and other team members
  • Evaluate, research, track and answer general inquiries relatedto agreements and rights
  • Establish and maintain departmental policies, infrastructure and cadence
  • Read and understand materials and documents
  • Handle special projects for team, as needed
  • Schedule and handle logistics for internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferencing
  • Maintain and track agreements, scan and file documents and emails, as needed
  • Effectively interact with internal departments and executives at all levels
  • Additional duties and projects, as required by upper management

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment as an assistant and/or support position
  • Interest in and awareness of developments in AI, creator-led content, digital platforms, and the broader creator economy
  • Strong interest in being part of a start-up like atmosphere
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable and interested in the use of various computer programs and systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Zoom, Box, iManage, Rightsline, Salesforce, etc.
  • Great attitude with desire and ability to learn new things and demonstrate increased knowledge
  • Reliable and willing to take initiative, with strong organizational and follow-through skills, detail-oriented, use of discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information, ability to multitask, and a self-starter
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment, exercise independent judgment, and efficiently manage time
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to function in ambiguity, with a demonstrated willingness-to-try and problem solve

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-26.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
