Full Time Requirements
* 1+ years' experience in loan operations, loan servicing, or equivalent preferred
* At least 18 years of age * Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task * Must be analytical and organized * Must be a self-starter and able to meet all deadlines * Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with good presentation skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Possesses clear understanding and complies with all bank procedures, laws, and regulations * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment * Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy Job Description
* Loan Servicing Specialist duties to include but are not limited to payment process, escrow process, tax and insurance monitoring, draw process, verification of mortgage, along with other various servicing functions.
* Review and maintain various departmental reports in order to identify trends or areas of concerns. * Ensure timely completion of payment processing including all incoming wires * Process Non-Accrual and charge-off transactions * Process loan recoveries * Weekly, Monthly, and Annual loan GL Balancing & Reconciliation * Complete file maintenance and research for Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans * Carry out departmental responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws. Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
