Workforce Benefits (WFB) Product Management is seeking a product leader to help drive growth across our digital ecosystem. This role will lead strategy, execution, and team development in support of Symetra's long-term goals. About the role In this role, you will define and lead enterprise product strategy and vision. You will evolve our product operating model, establish consistent practices, and ensure alignment across product portfolios. You will use customer insights, market data, and performance outcomes to guide investment decisions, prioritize work, and deliver measurable value. This role also plays a key part in aligning teams, driving execution, and supporting long-term growth. What You will Do

Compensation Salary Range: $188,500 - $314,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus program and long-term incentive plan Who You Are
