Description Job Summary: The Senior Technical Trainer-Folder Gluer Equipment is the enterprise subject matter expert responsible for developing and leading advanced technical training programs that support high-speed, high-variability packaging production in the e-commerce division. This role ensures that operators and technical teams are fully equipped to meet the demands of the division's product fulfillment-short runs, rapid changeovers, high quality standards, and continuous throughput-while driving operational excellence, safety, and scalability across multiple sites.
