The Department of Pathology seeks a highly organized and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to the Anatomic Pathology Division. Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the successful candidate will support the Division Chief and faculty members by managing complex calendars, tracking expenses, processing reimbursements and purchases, and coordinating meetings, events, and other division-related activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to professionalism, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Hiring Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Position Type & Work Location
