The UNM-Taos HSE Coordinator provides both instructional and operational leadership for the program, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator and leader with a strong foundation in instruction guided by the College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS). They possess expertise in developing and implementing integrated curricula that incorporate language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies concepts. They are skilled in instructional coaching, supervising staff, and supporting professional growth through evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development. Primary job duties and responsibilities encompass the following:

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
