What We're Looking For: This role leads sourcing and contracting in a high volume, multi state environment, partnering with internal stakeholders to define requirements across hardware, software, services, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing complex RFPs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and delivering analysis that supports strategic decision making. The position works closely with Information Technology and Governance teams, serving as a strategic advisor who translates business needs into actionable sourcing plans and ensures alignment with organizational priorities. The role oversees the full sourcing lifecycle-from market research and RFP development through bid analysis, negotiation, and contract execution-while ensuring strong supplier performance, service quality, timely delivery, and adherence to contractual commitments. The Sourcing Contract Manager, Information & Technology, collaborates with Procurement, Payment Services, Legal, Risk Management, IT, IT Security & Governance, and Finance, and reports to the Associate Director, Hotel Acquisition & Operating Analytics.
