This position plays a critical role in coordinating project assignments, tracking progress, and partnering closely with PDC leadership to ensure effective project execution. The role serves as an administrator for the department's project management software, ensuring data integrity while coordinating workflows and standardizing processes to support efficient project start-up, delivery, and close-out. Additionally, this role supports project close-out and records management by ensuring required documentation is completed, organized, and properly archived, with materials transitioned to support operational continuity and compliance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,722 - $65,165. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. The position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business. All applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
