Job Description: Position Overview: The Growth manager participates in market-entrystrategies and proposal development efforts across the Growth Division. The manager supports resourcing for the Growth Division's business development, manages Strategy and Management team members,serves in line roles on proposals, liaises with technical practices and experts to coordinate technical inputs and tender reviews, collaborates with external clients, shares internal and external knowledge with others, oversees and supports administrative tasks, and ensures adherence with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
