Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead enterprise-wide platform strategy and execution across our POD-based operating model. You will serve as the executive champion responsible for translating corporate strategic priorities into platform investment decisions, driving measurable shareholder value, and ensuring architectural integrity across the organization. This is a high-impact role that bridges the C-Suite, the Board, and execution teams-positioning you to shape how RBC delivers technology-enabled competitive advantage at enterprise scale. You will own capital allocation decisions, establish governance frameworks, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and ensure our platforms remain compliant, scalable, and operationally excellent. The expected salary range for this particular position is $300,000-$400,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program, which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
