Job Description
The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a skilled Painter to join the Facilities team in Daytona Beach, Florida. This position is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting, finishing, and surface preparation work to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of university buildings and facilities. The Painter supports routine maintenance, renovations, and special projects across academic, residential, and administrative spaces while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Facilities staff and other campus departments to help maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming campus environment. Key Responsibilities

Compensation The hourly range for this role is $19.00 to $20.00. The final offer will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. Minimum Qualifications
