Summary Reports to the Head Men'sBasketballCoach and Director of Athletics. Assist the Head Men'sBasketballCoach with various aspects of the varsity basketballprogram; i.e., coaching, recruiting, scheduling, camps/clinics, and game/practice management and fundraising.The assistant men's basketball coach will adhere toRMACrules, regulations, andNCAADivision II bylaws. In addition, the assistant men's basketball coach willrepresentMSUDenver in a positive manner and continue to uphold the program's philosophies and the athletic department's core values. Duties/Responsibilities 40% - Coaching - Assist head coach in coaching team 20% - Recruiting 20% - Supervision of student-athletes. 10% - Scheduling 10% - Game/Practicemanagement

Schedule Information .75 FTE, 30 hours per week Exempt from overtime Salary for Announcement Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full time hiring range for this position is $41,626 - $66,667. The anticipated hiring range at a .75 FTE is $31,220 - $50,000. This position is paid monthly and is eligible for MSU Denver benefits.
